Moved packaging inputs (electron-builder resources, Bun runtime manifests and licenses, committed release notes) under packaging/.
Build output now lands in dist/: packaged apps in dist/release/, staged Yomitan and Hachidori in dist/yomitan/ and dist/hachidori/.
