+## What Are Bindings?
+
+Bindings are how Workers access Cloudflare resources (storage, compute, services) via the `env` object. They're configured in `wrangler.jsonc`, type-safe via TypeScript, and zero-overhead at runtime.

+## Quick Start
+
+1. **Add binding to wrangler.jsonc:**
