sudacode 1a2c7ac6be feat(youtube): add YouTube browser window and Whisper subtitles 
- Add `subminer youtube`/`yt` and tray Browse YouTube window with persistent login; clicks play or queue in mpv
- Add `youtube.subtitleSource` (youtube | whisper) to transcribe YouTube audio via subtitle generation settings
- Drop legacy launcher whisper/AI subgen args and `--youtube-mode`
- Fix YouTube HTTP 429 on machine-translated Japanese tracks with yt-dlp fallback
- Keep Hyprland overlay mapped during fullscreen transitions
- Thin media timing review trim handles; cursor follows mpv time-pos
- Avoid EPIPE crash when the launching terminal is closed
- Bump undici to 7.29.1 and fast-uri to 3.1.7
- Update docs, config example, and changelog fragments

sudacode 5096ca217b chore(release): remove package size reports 
- Drop the afterAllArtifactBuild size reporting hook and the previous-release baseline downloads in CI
- Stop uploading, checksumming, and publishing package-size-*.json
- Keep the afterPack package content audit, now without size tracking
- Update RELEASING.md and the verification docs, and add a changelog fragment

sudacode 7585d430ae fix(release): unbreak packaging workflow on all three platforms 
- Bump electron-builder to 26.16.1 so macOS signing passes the temp keychain
  password to set-key-partition-list (upstream #10066), which the macOS 26
  runner image now enforces
- Stat asar entries with their native path in the package audit; splitting on
  path.sep made every nested file look missing on Windows
- Run the package smoke with --no-sandbox on Linux runners without a setuid
  chrome-sandbox
- Load the packaged stats dashboard over loopback HTTP in the smoke, matching
  how the app serves it since #263, and ignore Chromium's cache-only font probe
