test(stats): move write-queue drain test to its own file
- Extract the mergeAnime/moveVideoToAnime queue-drain test into immersion-tracker-write-queue.test.ts - Factor shared setup (seedTwoEntries, queueSubtitleLines, countLinesForAnime) into helpers and add a moveVideoToAnime coverage case
